I've lost my CPR card, how do I request a new one?
If you’ve lost your CPR certification card, the first step is to check your email inbox and spam folder. Your eCard is often sent by email after you complete your course, so searching for terms like “eCard,” “CPR card,” or the training organization name may help you find it.
If you still can’t locate your card, please fill out our eCard Request Form and we’ll help you request a replacement.
How long is my certification good for?
CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications are good for 2 years, while Bloodborne Pathogen certification is good for 1 year.
