“From the moment I enrolled, the team at Summit CPR & Safety went above and beyond. When a technical issue came up with my course access, Alison and Ellen resolved it quickly and with such warmth; making me feel like a valued student, not just a customer. Ellen even caught a scheduling mix-up that would have caused me to miss my skills test! The in-person training with Shelley was excellent — professional, engaging, and clearly focused on making sure students are truly prepared. Highly recommend Summit CPR & Safety to anyone in the Fort Wayne area!”
